Terms
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Courage Horizon ("we") and the business that uses the Courage Horizon Hub ("you"). Whoever agrees to them on the business's behalf confirms they are allowed to.
1. The Hub
In the Hub, AI agents do jobs for your business, from your own software and data. Each agent asks a person before it sends, publishes or changes anything outside the Hub, unless you choose to let a particular job act without asking. The Hub shows which jobs you chose that for.
2. Your responsibilities
- You decide what your agents do, and you are responsible for what you approve and for any job you let act without asking.
- You are responsible for the people you invite, and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
- You must have the right to connect each service you connect, and to use the data in it this way.
- You must follow the law when your agents contact people, including the rules on marketing emails (PECR) and data protection (UK GDPR).
3. AI
AI can make mistakes. Read what an agent has drafted before you approve it. We do not guarantee that anything an agent writes is accurate or complete.
4. Your data
Your data is yours. You allow us to use it only to provide the Hub to you, as our privacy policy describes. Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, use only the processors our privacy policy lists, help you answer requests from the people it is about, tell you without delay if it is ever put at risk, and delete it when you leave. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Connected services
Services you connect, such as your email, accounts or payments software, have their own terms, which apply between you and them. We are not responsible for them, or for changes they make that stop a connection working. We will tell you if a connection stops working.
Your agents can also use websites through a browser you connect, such as Chrome on your own computer. Each website has its own terms, and many limit or forbid automated use. You choose which websites each agent may use, and you alone are responsible for making sure that what your agents do on each one is allowed by its terms and by the law. If a website restricts, suspends or closes your account, that is between you and the website. You will compensate us for any claim, cost or loss we face because your agents used a website in a way its terms or the law do not allow. We may stop an agent using a website if the website complains to us or the use puts others at risk.
A browser you connect is on your own computer, and keeping that computer secure and up to date is your responsibility. Use a Chrome profile kept for the Hub alone, as the Hub explains before you connect one: your agents may use anything signed in there, on the websites you allow.
6. Fees
The Courage Horizon Hub is £149 a month for your business, with as many agents as you want, charged at the start of each month. It includes £25 of AI use each month. AI use above that is charged at the end of the month, at the rate for each agent's setting, and never beyond the monthly limit you set: when your AI use reaches it, your agents stop until you raise it or the month ends. The first business you open has its first week free, from the day you first switch an agent on; a business you add after that starts when you subscribe. You pay by Direct Debit through our payments provider, Stripe, and one invoice comes each month. If a payment does not go through we tell you, and after 14 days your agents pause until it is paid. Anything else we have agreed with you, such as setup and its refund, is in your order. Prices are in pounds and are the full amount you pay.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Hub:
- to break the law, or to send spam or harmful content;
- to reach data you are not allowed to reach;
- to try to get into other businesses' data, or to test or overload our systems without our agreement;
- to copy or rebuild the Hub.
We may suspend an agent or an account that puts others at risk, and we will tell you why.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Hub available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We improve the Hub over time. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you first.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Hub at any time. You can cancel your subscription in Business settings, under Billing; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for, when your agents stop, and AI use up to then is charged as usual. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. An owner can download a copy of your data at any time, and close the business, in Business settings under Your data. We then keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind, and delete it after that, as our privacy policy describes. A person who is no longer part of any business has their sign-in deleted after 30 days.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Apart from that:
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss;
- our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your business's information confidential, and use it only to provide the Hub to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We tell you about changes at least 30 days before they take effect, and ask an owner or admin to agree to them in the Hub. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Hub before they take effect.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.
